The only thing a woman has is beauty — that's what Laura believed. Once old age had begun to creep up on her, she refused to accept it and started experimenting with night magic.

一个女人所拥有的唯有美貌，劳拉对此深信不疑。因此当岁月的痕迹逐渐爬上她的面颊，她拒绝接受并开始进行夜影魔法实验。

In an attempt to preserve eternal beauty and youth, Laura invented a spell that was supposed to steal them from another girl. However, Naira doesn't tolerate deceit; instead of the intended effect, the spell cursed Laura, causing her body to decay but never fully decompose — moreover, her curse turned out to be contagious, causing everything Laura touched to start wasting away.

为了永葆美貌与青春，劳拉创造了一个预期可以从汲取其他女孩生命力的法术。然而，奈拉无法容忍此等欺诈，法术预期的效果被转化成了对劳拉的诅咒，让她的身体不断腐朽却无法彻底崩解。更恐怖的是，这一诅咒还具备传染性，会让劳拉所接触的一切同样开始衰败。

She would prefer to die or to decay completely until only bones remained. Alas, from now on, Laura is doomed to wander eternally — hiding her grotesque and decrepit face, spreading decay around her and trying to rid herself of the hope of ever regaining beauty.

她开始期望能够直接死去，或是彻底腐朽直至白骨。然而，从那一刻起，劳拉注定只能在世间永恒地徘徊，隐藏她那怪诞衰朽的面容，周身散发腐朽的气息，试图摆脱自己那重获美貌的希望。
